As an Escrow Officer and commissioned Notary Public for 25 years I have literally signed thousands of sets of loan documents which include real estate purchase transactions, new home purchases, refinance transactions, home equity loans, second mortgage loans, commercial transactions and reverse mortgages.
With my extensive knowledge of loan documents I have an advantage over other signing agents due to the fact that my entire career has been in the real estate industry (escrow). You and your clients will be provided with excellent, professional, and most importantly, knowledgeable service.
Nationwide, I am registered with over 100 signing agencies.
I can receive documents via e-mail, fax or online. Documents are returned to the assigned party the same day (based on the time of day of the signing), but no later than the following business day. Signing availability hours are from 7:00am to 7:00pm Monday through Sunday.
I am a member of the National Notary Association, Arizona State Escrow Association, the American Society of Notaries, the Notary Rotary, the American Escrow Association. and the Mobile Notary Signing Registry. I am also a Certified Signing Agent through the National Notary Asscoiation and a Certified Reverse Mortgage Signing Agent.
I stay current on all regulations and changes of the notary and real estate industries.
